Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned where practicable under applicable licensing requirements.
2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one win28 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. win28 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, win28 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 KYC Verification. win28 is required under its international gaming authority licensing to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals. Players must submit a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. 3.4 win28 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP SMS. Players with high-value accounts or regular large withdrawals are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from account settings.
4.1 Approved Methods. win28 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). win28 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit method must match the withdrawal method where technically possible.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These minimums are subject to change and the current figures displayed in the win28 cashier section will apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed after successful KYC verification. Standard verified account withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Accounts subject to AML review may have withdrawal restrictions applied pending investigation.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on win28 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds, and validity periods are specified on each promotion's individual terms page.
5.3 win28 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has partially satisfied the wagering requirement, the bonus balance may be removed from the account without liability to win28.
5.4 Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting patterns, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploitation of software errors, constitutes a breach of these Terms. win28 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where promotion abuse is confirmed.
6.1 All games available on win28 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.2 win28 games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software-based games and independent human dealers for live dealer titles. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by win28 beyond the operation of certified game systems.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome of a game round, win28 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wager amounts. win28 is not responsible for losses attributable to a Player's internet connection failure.
6.4 Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with win28's sportsbook rules, including provisions for match abandonments, postponements, walkover results, and in-play bet validity. The applicable rules are published in the sportsbook section of the win28 platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win28 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 win28 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices among its player base. win28 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from account settings without requiring customer support interaction.
8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all win28 account holders: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reduced or reversed during the active period.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. 9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the win28 platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or systematic extraction of platform content.
10.1 win28 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While win28 takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability and game integrity, win28 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the win28 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or payment processing delays outside win28's reasonable control.
10.3 win28's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.1 win28's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the win28 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering a win28 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.
12.1 win28 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email or prominent platform notification. Continued use of the win28 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 win28 may suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by licensing authority direction. Upon legitimate account closure, win28 will process withdrawal of any verified Real Funds balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
12.3 Players may close their win28 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited and any pending wagering requirements will be cancelled. Verified Real Funds balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which win28 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts or arbitration body as determined by win28's licensing authority.
13.2 In the first instance, Players with complaints or disputes should contact win28 customer support via live chat or the support ticket system. win28 operates a formal complaints handling procedure and aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
